How long will it take to receive my order?
Current production time is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS, if not faster (unless otherwise mentioned in the specific listing). This does NOT include shipping time. Custom orders may take longer.
How do I care for my product?
For all cups/decals, hand wash only after use in cool/warm water and allow to air dry. Do not apply rubbing alcohol directly to the vinyl decals.
Not suitable for dishwasher, microwave, cooking or freezing.
Clean with non-abrasive sponges to prevents scratching.
Do not clean with bleachers or cleansers containing chlorine.
For all apparel, wash and hang dry for the best maintenance. Do not use extreme heat.
I need to change my shipping address. What do I do?
Please contact me after placing the order. As long as it hasn’t shipped, the address can be switched.
My item arrived damaged. Now what?
Please contact me within 24 hours of the item being marked "delivered" with a photo of the broken product. We can discuss our options from there.
I am unhappy with my order. Now what?
Please contact me immediately with the details. We will work together to come up with a solution. Please make sure you read the entire listing description. This will assure expectations of size, color, etc. Due to all orders being personalized, we do not give refunds.
